All pieces are made to order, meaning your garment is created specifically for you after your purchase is placed.

Please allow 5–10 business days for production before your order ships. This time allows us to carefully craft each piece with attention to quality and detail.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Shipping Times

Shipping times vary depending on your location but typically take:

• 3–7 business days within the United States

Please note that shipping times are separate from production time.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been shipped, it is in the hands of the shipping carrier. If your package is delayed or appears lost, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number. However, feel free to reach out and we will do our best to assist.
